XFC Powerhouse

We are a brand new centre equipped with a well experienced team and wide range of classes. We cater for professional athletes and teams as well as those looking to start from scratch. Our classes are delivered in a safe, motivating and supportive environment by a professional team of highly qualified coaches.

We provide dynamic and varied classes which incorporate Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting and Metabolic Conditioning suitable for athletes of all levels and ages. We cater for a broad demographic of the community, from teenagers through to the masters, beginners to competitors!

About Us

Our aim is to forge a broad, general and inclusive centre for all types of training. This style of training is revolutionary within the fitness industry and incorporates power lifting, Olympic Lifting, gymnastics, mobilisation, high intensity interval training, conditioning and strongman exercises.

We believe everyone is capable of much more than they are aware, a performance based training program provides a sense of accomplishment with every session and allows people to explore their own potential. Whether your aim is to target fat loss, gain muscle, increase strength, improve cardiovascular performance or mobility and postural correction our training programs cover it all.

We know that results occur with consistency, and motivation is achieved through support and enjoyment. XFC Powerhouse  have created a highly community based environment with lots of support and motivation that will keep you coming back for more!


Our coaches have many years experience in the fitness industry, they are all highly qualified and successful athletes in their individual fields which include CrossFit, Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting and Martial Arts. They have created a great community environment and will make you feel welcome and a part of the XFC Powerhouse team! For those wanting a more personalised approach they are also available for individual training sessions.
