Book in for your free induction class and see what CrossFit is all about! One of our highly experienced coaches will take you through the basics and help you ease into the class environment. They will assess your level of strength and fitness and make sure that we provide the right programming and movements to suit your individual needs. There are no prerequisites or fitness requirements, you can start at any time as the classes are programmed to suit all ages and fitness levels.

Classes

The class structure begins with a warm-up, mobilisation, progression and strength work; this is then followed by a metabolic conditioning component or WOD (workout of the day). We encourage a cool-down period post-workout and offer individual advice and accessory work as well. There is a strong emphasis on technique and safety in all classes to prevent injury and achieve maximum enjoyment by participants.

Kids

This is the perfect forum to get your kids moving, learning new skills and improving their coordination and fitness in a fun and active environment!
The classes include functional movement games and gymnastic elements that will increase their capacity to excel in any sport and provide a good foundation in both strength and fitness.

These classes are taught by our very patient and knowledgeable Coach Josh. They are a great way to get your kids off the couch as well as building functional strength, flexibility, strength and fitness that will aid aid in both sports performance and general health. Not to mention they are also a lot of fun!

1 class  $15 per week
2 classes $20 per week
No contract membership, classes run all year round.
