Located in Melbourne our members get access to pieces of equipment & unlimited classes with the one membership. Our Premium facilities feature Climbing Ropes, Lifting Platforms, 8 Cell Monster Rigs, Olympic Barbells, Assault Bikes, Concept 2 Rowers, GHDs and heaps of training space. You’ll love training in our facilities but you’ll also love our athlete area and mobility zones, modern toilets, change rooms and showers to freshen up post workout. Nutrition Seminar

Your membership includes access to our monthly nutritional seminar at no extra charge. You will receive a full body scan and your coach will go through your food diary and make all the changes required to achieve your desired goals.
